Handle Bar Pad Sizes    
All Flite Bar Pads fit standard 3/4" diameter cross bars.
Standard 9" Wide The classic BMX Bar pad width
Extra Wide Sets (Cruiser handlebars) 10 3/4" Wide Extra width for wide bars such as SE Big Honkin' Bars
   
Frame (Top Tube) Pad Sizes  
Standard Flite pads are 12" long unless otherwise noted in the listing  
Top Tube Diameter Top Tube Circumference   
1" 3.1" - 3.75" Classic chromoly fit found on most early 80's bikes
1.25"  3.76" - 4.0" Larger tube chromoly
1.5"  4.1" - 5.2" Aluminum alloy bike frames
*White foam is only available in 1" and 1.25" diameters

  • Frame Pad: 5 stainless steel snaps, 12" long, fits 1" diameter chromoly frame
  • Bar Pad: 4 stainless steel snaps, Fits 5/8 - 3/4" diameter crossbars (standard size).  Straight bar pad 9" long.  
  • Stem pad: 2 stainless steel snaps, 10 3/4" long

How to measure your BMX bike for frame pads:

  • Wrap a measuring device around the top tube to get Circumference (include the brake cable in the measurement)
  • Divide the Circumference by 3.14 to get Diameter (Math is Optional)
  • Use the chart to determine best top tube fit
